Questions

Common questions

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly. Some private health funds and extras cover treatment only with a referral, so check your policy before your visit.

Can I claim this on private health?

Many visits are eligible for rebates depending on your fund and level of cover. We can give you an itemised receipt to lodge.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, any scans or reports you have, and a list of medications if relevant.

How soon can I be seen?

Most people are seen within a few days. Telehealth can sometimes be sooner.
